  1. If you’re scheduling annual, non-emergency service, we strongly suggest that you schedule in our off-season, which is April-August. The colder months can bring a lot of “emergency” service calls, which means our schedule can get pretty packed. Planning ahead can ensure that you get quick, flexible appointment times.
  2. If we are servicing your appliance, please help keep our technicians safe by discontinuing appliance use for a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow plenty of time for the appliance to cool.
  3. To ensure that our technicians can get right to work, please remove all ash from the firebox and clear all valuables from the area in which we will be working.

Tom is an outstanding sweep! He provide what we believe was the best service in a long time. He arrived early and wore shoe protectors and completely covered around the fireplace with drop cloths. He took his time and most of all took the time to tell us things that needed to be addressed right away, and the things we could plan for in the future.
