- If you’re scheduling annual, non-emergency service, we strongly suggest that you schedule in our off-season, which is April-August. The colder months can bring a lot of “emergency” service calls, which means our schedule can get pretty packed. Planning ahead can ensure that you get quick, flexible appointment times.
- If we are servicing your appliance, please help keep our technicians safe by discontinuing appliance use for a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow plenty of time for the appliance to cool.
- To ensure that our technicians can get right to work, please remove all ash from the firebox and clear all valuables from the area in which we will be working.
